RN (full-time) - Worcester, MA
Description: $6000 bonus available for FT RN 3-11
2nd shift Full & part time--pro-rated bonus available
1st shift 40 & 32hrs
Provides direct nursing care to a population of substance abuse patients. To assess needs, plan treatment, implement and evaluate outcomes of care.
Qualifications: Graduate of an NLN-accredited School of Nursing. Current License by the Board of Registration in Nursing in Massachusetts. National certification in chemical dependency nursing encouraged. CPR certified. References supporting sound clinical skills and judgment. Ability to function as a member of a treatment team. At least 1 year of medical/surgical/and or psychiatric nursing after graduation preferred. Past experience in substance abuse nursing a plus.
| LPNS (full-time) - Worcester, MA
Description: 1st shift: n/a
2nd shift:16 & 32 hrs. available
3rd shift
To assist in the provision of direct nursing care to a population of adult substance abusing patients. To assess vital signs and other signs and symptoms of a withdrawal and medicate appropriately and evaluate and document effects.
Qualifications: Graduate of an NLN-accredited School of Nursing. Current License by the Board of Registration in Nursing in Massachusetts. National certification in chemical dependency nursing encouraged. CPR certified. References supporting sound clinical skills and judgment. Ability to pass medications safely and effitiently with current knowledge of medications utilized and educating the patients in their case. Able to function as a member of the Treatment Team. At least 1 year ofmedical/surgical/and or psychiatric nursing after graduation preferred. Past experience in substance abuse nursing a plus.
